If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange as long as items are not Damaged, Used or Missing any original Items or Parts and are returned in Original Packaging. Before returning any items, buyer must contact Monahan Steam Models Inc. Returned items will be subject to a  restocking fee of 25% of the items Original Cost. Returned items will be subject to inspection upon their arrival for Damages, Use, Missing Parts or Literature. Further fees will be deducted from refunds for any Damages, Use or Missing Parts. Refunds for items returned within Fifteen days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than Fifteen days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. All returned items will be sent back at original purchasers own expense and must be insured for items original full value. A tracking number must be provided for all approved returns.
